Clinkers

Richard the shepherd came back today to give the rams a short back and back. There were in a bit of a mess. He set up a makeshift pen and Gus his Hunterway skillfully brought them in from the field. Richard transferred four at a time to the shearing pen, wrestled each one in turn to the ground and shaved its bottom. They also had a shot of worm medicine and some protein juice. Quite a makeover really. When they were all done Gus drove them back with a few 'left!' and 'stand by!' from Richard and the anicured rams trotted back to the 10 acre field. To round off the job Richard leant against the corrugateted iron barn and rolled a fag with his sheep poo fingers. This is real life!
